Ordering is pretty easy!

Just shop around and click on the items you fancy, select the appropriate size and add them to your shopping bag.

By clicking on your personal shopping bag, you get a quick overview of the added items. It is possible to change the content of your bag at any time.

To complete your order, go to checkout. You will be asked to fill in a few details in order to continue.
If you already have an EMILEA account, simply login and your personal data will be filled automatically. Please double check your details.

We always mention how much you should add to qualify for a free delivery. There is also a last-minute suggestion to tempt you!

Once you have completed the checkout, you will receive anÂ order confirmation mail. It contains your order number and details of the ordered items.

Acceptance of your order takes place when we send you a shipping confirmation mail. It confirms that the ordered items have been dispatched, containing a â€œtrack-and-traceâ€ number. We only process the payment when shipping your order. A shipped order can no longer be changed or cancelled, but it can be returned.Â

EMILEA accepts payment via credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express or you can choose to pay via an online banking system that is suitable for your country.

For online banking in Belgium, you can click 'sofort' at checkout and you will get a list of all possible banks: AXA, ING, BNP Paribas, Belfius, KBC, CBC and more. For Germany you can pay via GIROPay and for The Netherlands you can pay via IDeal.Â

If you would like to pay via bancontact/mistercash, this is also an opportunity if you have a digipass (card reader).
