Fabric: Organic cotton (GOTS certified)

Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is a worldwide standard for 3rd party verification (one of the toughest), requiring that the production steps are friendly to the environment. Organic cotton reduces CO2 emissions from farming by 50 %, resulting in a more sustainable environment, and a healthier product. It ensures 100% certified organic cotton, by minimizing the resources used for production (incl. electricity and water), restricting the use of hazardous substances (synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or defoliants), considering the social criteria in production, thus covering the whole production chain.
